Starch is a white, odorless powder, a polysaccharide of glucose monomers.  This product can be used in its native form, both in food products and industries.
But due to inherent limitations, native starch cannot be used in some applications. For this reason native starch undergoes modification and the result product is called Modified corn starch.
Different types of Modified corn starches contain the demanded qualities for being used in desired formulations.
Applications: Confectionery, semi finished foods, infant formula, sauces and dressings, card board and paper industry, adhesive industry, etc.
