Also known as Fructose syrup,
Is a transparent sweet liquid and free off-flavor which exerts many properties such as sweetening, increasing the osmotic pressure, water holding, lowering the freezing point and enhancing the shelf life, when added to the food products.
Applications: Drinks, Processed fruits, bakery products, ice cream and dairy products, sauces and dressings, etc.
