-A nitrogen inerting step to prevent oxydation in the product

-A low energy consumption
-Foaming properties appearing when product is thawed
This technology is ideal for sensitive product to heat and to oxydation.
Cryopulsion® machineries exist in three models : Lab scale (50 - 500g), pilot scale (3 - 50kg) and industrial scale (500kg/h)
