Dried blackcurrants, original

Product description

The dried black currants are processed from sound and matures black currants (Ribes Nigrum), well coloured and tasty, first quality. They are infused in sucrose solution. Then the fruits are dried until the moisture level required and sprayed with a light quality of sunflower oil. No preservative, flavour and colour is added. The process is in compliance with the standards of the law on food and Canadian and American drugs as well as with the good practices of manufacturing (21 CFR § 110). Ingredients are black currants, sugar, fructose, sunflower oil (less than 1%). Appearance: whole fruits, individual and intact.
