Dried cherries, apple juice infused (organic & conventional)

The organic dried cherries are processed from sound and matures cherries (Prunus Cerasus), well coloured and tasty, first quality. They are infused in sucrose solution. Then the fruits are dried until the moisture level required and sprayed with a light quality of sunflower oil. No preservative, flavour and colour is added. The process is in compliance with the standards of the law on food and Canadian and American drugs as well as with the good practices of manufacturing (21 CFR § 110). Ingredients are organic cherries, organic apple juice concentrate, organic sunflower oil (less than 1%). Appearance: whole fruits, individual and intact.
