EmulPro™ range comprises functional ingredients with gelatin-like properties and a great emulsifying capacity, making them ideal for many food products, e.g., cheese, mayonnaise and yogurt.

When using EmulPro™ in formulations it is possible to replace other emulsifiers and get a clean label with no E-numbers. This provides the consumer with a premium, value-added product that preserves body, mouthfeel, viscosity and texture in the end product.
