Bionic jellyfish is made of sodium alginate as the main raw material through systematic processing. Sodium alginate reacts with calcium ions to form calcium alginate which is insoluble in water. This calcium salt, which is insoluble in water and has a dense network structure in water, is the main component of artificial jellyfish. By adjusting the concentration and reaction time of sodium alginate and calcium ions, bionic jellyfish with different taste and hardness can be obtained.
