Facultative anaerobic, non-liquefied gelatin, can use a variety of sugars such as cellobiose, fructose, glucose, sucrose, trehalose as a carbon source. Acid resistant, warm, the growth temperature range is 30~40℃, the best fermentation temperature is 37℃.
