The new FT102XA builds on the success of the FT102X - now with improvements to process capability, ergonomics and thermal efficiency.
This carbonator, filler and capper has high accuracy and consistent carbonation with reliable and seamless capping. Premixing, post-mixing and water carbonation are all possible with several filling and processing modes available. The new design of deaeration vacuum system allows for highly foaming products to be processed without interruption or long cleaning cycles.
New features: - CO2 scavenging system - Carbon Dioxide can be recycled back into the product to reduce CO2 consumption
- ROPP capping - Integrated can seaming option - Integral Chiller (saving laboratory space and improving process efficiency)
- 15" touchscreen control panel
- Deaeration capability and low oxygen filling for high foaming products
- Dual filling stations available for maximum output. - 15 litre or 30 litre process tank
