Product description

We produce our oriental and yellow mustard powders by carefully cleaning the mustard seeds, hulling, steam disinfection,  gentle cold pressing to extract the oil, and finally milling of the oilcake followed by careful sieving to attain the desired texture. The intense flavour profile of our oriental mustard powder makes it an ideal  ingredient for wasabi and spicy hot mustard and adds a significant heat element to any condiment lineup. Due to the increased water absorbing properties and high concentration of the product, our partially de-oiled powder is a very cost effective solution for food manufactures. Applications: in food production including seasoning mixes, sauces, wasabi, mayonnaise, as well as in the production of mustard plasters, liniments and cosmetic products. Shelf life: 24 months
