Qvita Bake: Revolutionising clean label bakery solutions

On the other hand, Qvita Bake presents an all-encompassing solution for the bakery industry, focusing on the clean label trend. At a time when consumers are paying more attention to the ingredients in the products they consume – with 41% of them always or more often reading food labels, and 30% avoiding products with additives identified as –‘E numbers’ – Qvita Bake responds to this demand with a range of bread improvers that allow the production of bakery products with high nutritional value and without artificial additives.

The Qvita Bake range includes solutions for different types of bread and bakery products, from rustic and crusty breads to laminated goods and cakes.
