For the production of rice syrup, rice is finely ground and boiled with water. The coarse components are then filtered out and the liquid part is boiled down until a syrup is formed. Due to its almost neutral taste, rice syrup can be used in a variety of ways to sweeten all kinds of foods. Rice syrup is fructose-free and rich in minerals such as magnesium, potassium and iron.
