Heating is required in this process for pasteurization and to transform liquid ingredients into a viscous products such as Bakery Fillings, Squash, Syrups, Toppings, Savory Sauce and Marinades. Our five Hot Sauce production lines have a daily total capacity of almost 40 metric tons. Each line is capable of different production processes including Cold Fill, Hot Fill, Thick Products, Hot or Warm Fill and Hot Fill with Homogenized products.
