The blueberries are dried to a specific moisture level. No sugar, preservative, flavouring or coloring is added. The process is in compliance with the standards of the law on food and Canadian and American drugs as well as with the good practices of manufacturing (21 CFR § 110). The product is enclosed in a non-sealed polyethylene bag, which is approved for direct contact with food, inside corrugated box. The label mentions the following information: product name, product code, ingredients, net weight, production date (dd mmm yyyy), best before date, Kosher logo, manufacturer address and country of origin. Net weight : 5.51 lb/2.5 kg. Appearance: whole fruit.
