Description
Turkey Tail Mushroom polysaccharide is a polysaccharide extracted from the mycelium of Coriolus versicolor strain cm-101, with a protein content of 25%.
Turkey Tail Mushroom Extract is brown or brownish powder, with slight special odor, tasteless. Melting point 120℃. Soluble in water, almost insoluble in methanol, chloroform, benzene, cyclohexane, etc.

Function
