Product description

Intelligent solutions for top quality hard boiled candies. They distribute themselves easily in the highly viscous sugar mass. Sweets have no acid esters, are smoother on the tongue and taste evenly acidic. UDAL buffer acids are used wherever sugar mass is processed either continuously or in batches at high temperature.
