This Lactic Acid concentrate is obtained from fermentation, concentration, declourization and filtration, on the baiss of substances contained in milk exclusively. The production is completely free from genetically modified microorganisms and raw material.The product is suitable as a replacement for other organic and inorganic acids. It's a pure lactic acid with little amount of other fermentation acids but high source of essential milk minerals like Sodium, Potassium, Calcium and Magnesium.
Main applications are: ph adjustment, acidification of butter or salt bath in cheese production.
