Dextranase
Product description
- Dextranase is a group of biological enzyme preparations which are extracted by microfiltration, ultrafiltration and vacuum freeze-drying after deep fermentation culture of selected Aspergillus Niger strains. It is mainly used in beer, brewing, feed and other industries.
- Ingredients: Composite enzyme (Dextranase, corn starch)
- Enzyme activity: 10,000 U/g or customized
- Dextranase is a series of enzymes that specifically break down the dextranase bond to form glucose polymers, mainly the 1,3-1,4 glucoside bond of β-glucan, producing 3-5 glucose units of oligosaccharides and glucose, which can effectively break down B-glucan in the endosperm cell wall of wheat and cereal plants.
