DurOil - Wheat Germ Oil

DurOil is a refined (durum) wheat germ oil, high in polyunsaturated acids and naturally rich in Vitamin E and plant sterols. Compared to similar vegetable oils, it features a higher oxidative stability and emulsifying capacity while providing unique meltiness and mouthfeel.

DurOil is also available in powder form to facilitate dry mixing with flours, unlocking the next generation of flours.

Casillo is the only milling company in the world that has integrated wheat germ oil extraction in the core milling process. The extraction process is continous, gathering wheat germ from 5 milling plants. This allows to preserve the highest content of sterols and maximize oxidative stability.
