Thanks to its mastery of the granulation process, the brand offers highquality granules that are easy to dose and incorporate into recipes, in a range of particle sizes (from 0.3 to 1.7 mm and from 1 to 4 mm). Three new fruits have now been added to the range: mango, lemon and rhubarb. These new granules offer greater flavour diversity and enable food industry professionals to meet the growing demand for exotic and original flavours.
