Texpro M - Textured soy
proteins - MINCED are made from healthy, NON-GMO soybeans which are dehulled,
crushed, flaked, extracted and extruded. Anti-nutritive factors are deactivated
through the special heat treatment which increases the utilization of
proteins.
Shelf life: 24 months Appearance: fineminced flakes Color: natural, dark yellow Granulation: min 85% (0,5-2mm, 1-4mm, 2-6mm, 2-8mm, 4-8mm)
In the product group of texturated soy protein we also offer texturated soy protein – chunks, balls, slices (Texpro C, Texpro B, Texpro S) and texturated soy protein in red and brown color (Texpro M Red, Texpro M Brown).
