Calcium lactate (E327) is the calcium salt of L(+) lactic acid, produced by fermentation of renewable carbohydrate raw materials. It is a white crystalline product, available in different granulation for food and pharmaceutical industry.
Sodium Lactate (E270 /E325) belongs to the group of organic acids produced by fermentation of renewable carbohydrate raw materials. Lactic acid and its Lactates are clear to yellowish liquids or powders, which are available in different concentrations and grades. The Lactic Acid and its lactates are used for many different applications as ingredient in the food industry, the pharmaceutical industry and for technical applications.
