Product description

The Proteinel T range offers textured pulse proteins from peas and fava beans. Produced from pea and fava bean flour, they contain more than 53% protein and are rich in fiber, which makes them easy to use for meat substitute applications and hybrid products. Once rehydrated, TVPs offer a tender and juicy texture.
