Product description

Vitakorn is the complete mix with Live Lactic Ferments, for dark bread with an intense malty aroma, enriched by the typical sour notes of rye. It contains a rich blend of mixed seeds: sunflower seeds, flax seeds, sesame seeds. Bread made with Vitakorn mix is even tastier thanks to the soy gritz and extruded corn. Ideal for making all types of bread, especially medium-sized loaves.
Thanks to the Live Lactic Ferments, the bread will be characterized by an unparalleled softness, excellent chewability and a long-lasting fragrance.
