Product description

Whey protein isolate (WPI) is produced by further separation of the whey proteins. It is typical for whey protein isolate that it does not contain fat, which makes it possible to obtain higher protein levels. WPI can be made through two processes; through chromatography or through a combination of micro- and ultra-filtration. WPI 90 variety is also available. Applications: in formulations where a higher protein content is needed than can be achieved through WPC.
