Probiotics were defined in the '60s by WHO /FAO as "live and viable microorganisms that are believed to provide health benefits when consumed in adequate amounts."The functional properties and health benefits of our probiotics have been demonstrated by in vitro and in vivo studies. The strains are identified using modern molecular biology techniques and have been filed in International Collections with an IDA status.
