Crisp Plus is used primarily for the treatment of wheat flours that are
intended for wafer and fermented biscuit production. SEBake Crisp Plus helps to
reduce batter viscosity and effectively liquefy the gluten, this helps to
significantly reduce water content of the wafer, thus improving its quality. SEBake
Crisp Plus helps in 15 to 20% reduction in the mixing time, improves
extensibility & pliability of the dough, improves gas retention & pan
flow and also the texture & shape of the finished product
